Cheryl Spence has been in the service industry her entire professional life. She credits her early career as a restauranteur for her work ethic, ability to listen, and her interest in going beyond what is expected. She calls the restaurant industry “the ideal boot camp” for real estate. “It’s crisis management with high expectations and it operates at a consistently high pace. I learned to stay balanced, calm, and firmly focused on customer service."
In 1992, Cheryl transitioned into real estate and joined the top real estate marketing firm on the west coast. She began from the bottom up and moved into on-site sales management and consulting with developers, builders, and architects on multi-unit urban landfill projects in San Francisco and Marin Counties. She channeled her creativity and knowledge into structure and function, and developed a seamless style of communication and processes for the build to buy process. She recognized her natural business talents in consulting, project management, and risk management while discovering her passion for helping people.
In 2006, Cheryl created Jupiter Real Estate Group offering personal real estate consultation for people who are buying, selling, or building homes.
Jupiter Real Estate Group offers multiple services from an extraordinary team of professionals with one ultimate goal in mind: to help you realize your real estate dreams and goals through a unique, effective, personal approach. Cheryl considers herself a consultant and project manager, rather than salesperson. She educates and informs her buyers and sellers on every level and helps them navigate disclosure, compliance laws, and tradeoffs. She is passionate about representing and consulting with sellers, buyers, and developers on both sides of the Golden Gate Bridge.
When Cheryl is not serving clients, she is devoted to her beloved animals, animal causes, music, and the arts.
