"I met Cheryl Spence about 7 years ago. I opened the internet and researched local realtors who could help my children and me find the perfect new home. Cheryl was one of the few brokers I found who seemed to thrive on the personal touch. She had time for us and wanted to know all about my family and what we wanted before helping us find and purchase our new house. Fast forward 7 years and my elderly mother needed to move out of the house she called home for 50 years in the South Bay. The house, while well maintained, needed some refreshing.
